Junior - 2015

  • Drafted in the 27th round by the Pittsburgh Pirates and signed a professional contract
  • Third-team All-Big Ten outfielder and Big Ten All-Tournament Team selection
  • Hit .339 with three home runs, 45 runs, 34 RBI and five outfield assists
  • Over the final 14 games, Nagle boasted a .443 average (27-for-61)
  • Had a career-best 15-game hitting streak from (March 18- April 11) 
  • Finished his career on a six-game hitting streak

  • Named Big Ten Co-Player of the Week on March 3 after hitting .625 (10-for-16) with four runs and three RBI vs. FGCU and Florida in Gainesville, sharing his first-ever honor with Indiana's Kyle Schwarber

Freshman - 2013

  • Brought home the winning run as a pinch hitter in Illinois' first two extra-inning games against Baylor (3/9) and SIU (3/16) before knocking in the tying run in the last extra-inning win vs. Southern Illinois (3/18)
  • Tied game in the eighth inning with a pinch-hit RBI single vs. Southern Illinois (3/18), which the Illini went on to win 2-1 in 10 innings
  • Plated the winning run in the top of the 10th in Illinois' 7-5 win at Southern Illinois (3/16) on an error by the SIU second baseman
  • Recorded a pinch-hit RBI single in the top of the 11th in game one of the doubleheader at Baylor (3/9), knocking in the winning run in a 5-4 victory
  • Scored first career run at Tennessee Tech (2/15) and crossed the plate at East Carolina (2/21) after a pinch-hit walk
  • Had a pinch-hit RBI single in Illinois' five-run seventh inning at Texas-Arlington (3/3)
  • Played for the Fayetteville SwampDogs of the Coastal Plain League along with Illini teammates Nick Blackburn and Adam Walton during the summer

  • Ranked the No. 27 overall prospect in the class of 2012 in Illinois by Prep Baseball Report
  • PBR lists him as one of the top two left-handed hitters and a top-5 overall hitter in the class of 2012 in Illinois
  • Hit .459 with 20 doubles, eight home runs and 41 RBIs in 2011
  • Named the 2011 Co-MVP of the Northern Illinois Big 12 Conference and first-team All-Conference
