• Went 0-0 with a 13.50 ERA (6 ER/4.0 IP) over six relief appearances in his first season at Illinois.
• Made his Illini debut on Feb. 16 vs. Akron.
• Worked a career-high 2.0 innings on Feb. 23 at #25 Coastal Carolina.
• Closed out the season with back-to-back scoreless appearances on April 12 vs. Northern Illinois and April 23 vs. Western Illinois...worked 1.0 innings in each appearance.
• Fired a career-high three strikeouts on April 12 vs. Northern Illinois.

• Martin was a pole vaulter at Westminster (Mo.) College.

• Chose Illinois because, "Of the amazing people involved with this program, and to come home and represent my home state."
• Graduated in December 2024 with a degree in agricultural and consumer economics.
• Completed a graduate certificate in strategic management and leadership in May 2025.
• Pursuing a master's degree in management.
