Senior - 2015

  • Signed a free agent contract with the Blue Jays following the season
  • Third-team All-Big Ten starting pitcher (second career honor) and Big Ten All-Tournament Team selection
  • 5-0 with a 3.35 ERA in 14 starts and 80.2 innings pitched (nine no decisions)
  • Ranked fourth in the Big Ten in walks allowed (13) and 15th in opponent batting average (.258)
  • Finished career first in school history with 337 career innings pitched and T-7th among all-time Illini pitchers with 24 career wins
  • Threw his first career complete game shutout, allowing just six hits and no walks against Michigan State (5/22) in the Big Ten Tournament

  • Pitched at least seven innings with two earned runs or less in five of final six starts
  • Matched a career high with seven strikeouts and picked up his fifth win in the Big Ten Tournament vs. Michigan (5/23)
  • Took a no-hitter into the sixth inning at Minnesota (5/18) and only allowed two runs and four hits but suffered second loss
  • Posted seventh no-decision against Penn State (5/12) despite seven innings and two earned runs
  • Allowed one earned run and struck out five over 7.1 innings at Michigan State (5/5) but received his sixth no-decision
  • Struck out a career-high seven over seven innings and nabbed his fourth win against Northwestern (4/27)

  • Went 4-0 with a 3.15 ERA at home, compared to 4-3 with a 5.74 ERA on the road
