- Took a no-hitter into the sixth inning at Minnesota (5/18) and only allowed two runs and four hits but suffered second loss
- Posted seventh no-decision against Penn State (5/12) despite seven innings and two earned runs
- Allowed one earned run and struck out five over 7.1 innings at Michigan State (5/5) but received his sixth no-decision
