Ticket Policies
Payment for Tickets
Beginning January 1, 2024, the Illinois Ticket Office will be cashless.
Payments may be made by personal check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express only. Checks must be made payable to the University of Illinois. Tickets will not be released or held without payment.
Payment plans, when applicable, allow season ticket holders the ability to spread out the costs of all season tickets purchased over a defined period of time. Please note, the full value of the initial order charge (handling fee) will be due with the first payment plan installment.
Address Changes
It is the responsibility of each patron to inform the Illinois Ticket Office of any changes of address. Changes of address must be done in writing and may be changed via your Fighting Illini ticket account, emailed to illinitickets@illinois.edu, or mailed to the Illinois Ticket Office, 1800 S. First St, State Farm Center, Room 1000, Champaign, IL 61820. Please remember that any changes of address will not be accepted via telephone in order to protect the privacy of patrons.
Will Call
All tickets purchased through the Illinois Ticket Office 7 days or less prior to the event, must be picked up at Will Call. Tickets will not be mailed during this time frame.
Football Will Call is located at the Illinois Ticket Office which is located on the west side of the State Farm Center (south of Memorial Stadium). Will Call opens at 9 a.m. for games with kickoff times prior to 3 p.m., and at noon for any other game times. In order to obtain tickets held in Will Call, a photo ID that matches the name on the ticket order is required and must be presented at time of pick up. Refunds will not be issued for any tickets that are not claimed at Will Call.
Basketball Will Call (men's and women's) is located at the Illinois Ticket Office which is located on the west side of the State Farm Center. Will Call opens 90 minutes prior to tip off. In order to obtain tickets held in Will Call, a photo ID that matches the name on the ticket order is required and must be presented at time of pick up. Refunds will not be issued for any tickets that are not claimed at Will Call.
Volleyball Will Call is located at the Illinois Ticket Office which is located on the west side of Huff Hall. Volleyball Will Call opens one hour prior to game time. In order to obtain tickets held in Will Call, a photo ID that matches the name on the ticket order are required and must be presented at time of pick up. Refunds will not be issued for any tickets that are not claimed at Will Call.
Mailing of Tickets
All tickets will be mailed approximately 2 weeks before the event. If tickets have not been received by the week of the event, please contact the Illinois Ticket Office to have replacement tickets issued. Replacement tickets will be held at Will Call and available for pick up on the date of the event. Tickets ordered 7 days or less prior to an event will not be mailed and must be picked up at will call.
Admissions Policy
All guests 3 years of age and older are required to have a ticket.
Infants and toddlers, age two and under, are allowed to enter Memorial Stadium for free as long as they are sitting in laps of a ticketed patron. This policy applies to events held on the University of Illinois campus only and excludes any postseason events.
Refunds/Exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets sold through the Illinois Ticket Office. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Illinois Ticket Office for customers with special/unforeseen circumstances.
Ticket Replacement
Fans are encouraged to utilize their Fighting Illini ticket account to access or manage their tickets digitally in the event of a ticket being lost or forgotten. Fans can access their digital tickets via fightingillini.com or the Fighting Illini app. If a replacement ticket is requested as a physical ticket, lost or forgotten tickets purchased through the Illinois Ticket Office may be replaced for a $5.00 fee per ticket (paid at the time the replacements are issued). Tickets purchased at the window, through a second party, or at a ticket outlet may not be replaced, as there is not a seating record available. Replacement tickets have precedence over the original tickets.
Accessible Seating Policy
All requests for season tickets in the accessible seating areas will be filled first (based on availability). If no seats remain after filling season orders, then no single game accessible seating will be sold. Please call the Illinois Ticket Office with any specific accessibility need in advance of your event to enable us to serve you better.
State Farm Center
- Accessible seating exists in all levels of State Farm Center. Please contact the Illinois Ticket Office at 217-333-3470 or 866-ILLINI-1 for information on availability.
- Assisted Listening Devices are available upon request from guest services located near the West Grand Entrance.
- Accessible elevators are located in the Lobby of the West Grand Entrance and the East Premium Seating Entrance lobby.
Memorial Stadium
- Please contact the Illinois Ticket Office at 217-333-3470 or 866-ILLINI-1 for information on accessible seating in Memorial Stadium.
- Assistive Listening Devices can be obtained at the information booths on the east and west concourses.
