Football Crew Parking

• Friday - Northwest Lot of the State Farm Center (entry off First Street)
• Gameday - Lot E-14, corner of Kirby Ave and First Street (entry off First Street)

  [Crew parking is by crew list on game day in Lot E-14 at the southwest corner of Kirby & First Street. Entrance is off First Street. On Friday, crew can park in the Northwest Parking Lot of the State Farm Center, with entrance off First Street.]

  
  Memorial Stadium TV Operations

  TV COMPOUND: Memorial Stadium TV Compound is located in Stadium Facilities Office parking lot below the Southwest Tower of the stadium (entry off Kirby Ave.) There is room for two remote trucks, an office trailer and satellite uplink.
  A large panel exists in the compound area, with connecting panels in the Announce Booth (Booth 8025), on both sidelines (50-yard line), southwest end zone (on wall), north end zone (on wall), north end zone (high shot). Each box has six fiber lines.

  CAMERA LOCATIONS: High Sideline Camera locations are on Level 5 (panels are located at camera platforms). High End Zone is located at North End (panel is located there). Field platforms are provided. Contact Lenny Willis to determine exact location.

  CABLING: Memorial Stadium is pre-cabled, including fiber in the announce booth. Ample cable at all camera positions. All equipment transported to Level 5 photo deck MUST use South Freight Elevator or SW Tower Ramps (left or center ramps). All equipment transported to Level 8 (Announce Booth) MUST USE South Freight Elevator.

  REFEREE MIC: Referee mic feed is sent to both the announce booth and truck compound.

  LOCKER ROOMS AND SIDELINES: Visiting Team enters lower left (northwest corner of the field). Illinois enters upper left (northeast corner of field). Visitor sideline is far (east) sideline. Illinois is on near (west) sideline.

  MARCHING BANDS: Illinois band is located in lower section of north end zone seating area, in front of main student area. Visiting band (if present) sits in main stands near the southeast corner of the stadium (lower section of the stands) in Sect. 109 (also visiting fan seating area).

  POST GAME PRESS CONFERENCES: No existing audio or video cables to post-game press conference areas. Visiting team post game is in a small room located adjacent to the visiting locker room. Illinois post-game is in the Squad Room in the Northeast Tower.

  PHONE LINES: Arrange phone lines through AT&T (800-321-8152). Memorial Stadium address is 1402 South First Street, Champaign, IL 61820. State Farm Center address is 1600 South First Street, Champaign, IL 61820

  DIRECTIONS TO CHAMPAIGN

  From Chicago O'Hare International Airport: From Chicago O¹Hare International Airport: I-90/94 East to I-57 South to I-74 East OR I-294 Tri-State Tollway East to I-80 West to I-57 South to I-74 East. Exit I-74 on Neil Street heading South. Take a left onto St. Mary's Rd. Turn left onto First Street and turn at the second left into Lot 32. Approximate travel time: 3:00.

  From Chicago Midway Airport: Cicero Avenue South to I-294 Tri-State Tollway East to I-80 West to I-57 South to I-74 East. Exit I-74 on Neil Street heading South. Take a left onto St. Mary's Rd. Turn left onto First Street and turn at the second left into Lot 32. Approximate travel time: 2:45.

  From Indianapolis International Airport: I-465 North to I-74 West. Exit onto Lincoln Ave heading South. Take a right onto Florida Ave. Turn left on Fourth Street. Take a right onto St. Mary's Rd. Turn right on First Street and take second left into Lot 32. Approximate travel time: 2:00.

  From Lambert-St. Louis Airport: I-70 East toward St. Louis. (will hit I-170 North and I-270 East before becoming I-70 East again). Merge onto I-57 North. Take exit 229 Monticello/Savoy. Head east to Hwy 45 and take left. Take right onto St. Mary's Rd. Take left onto First Street and turn at the second left into Lot 32. Approximate travel time: 3:30.

  From UI Willard Airport: Take Route 45 North from the Airport exit (turns into Neil Street once in Champaign). Take right onto St. Mary's Rd. Take left onto First Street and turn at the second left into Lot 32. 10-15 minute drive.
