Senior - 2016-17

  • Played in all 31 of Illinois' matchups, earning two starts
  • Posted a season-best six points in two contests
  • Played a season-high 23 minutes against Indiana, also earning her second start of the season

Junior - 2015-16

  • Appeared in 23 games averaging 6.2 minutes on the court per game
  • Ranked first in the Big Ten for her 2.5 assist turnover ratio
  • Scored a season-high six points against UT Martin (Nov. 21), also grabbing a season-best three rebounds
  • Played a season-high 26 minutes at Michigan, contributing five points and two assists

Sophomore - 2014-15

  • Shot 67-percent from distance, making 8-of-12 triples in the season
  • Appeared in 22 games for Illinois, averaging 8.9 minutes per contest
  • Drained a career high-tying three three-pointers against Wisconsin (2/1), good for a season-best nine points
  • Hit her first triple of the 2014-15 season against Virginia on Dec. 3. 

Freshman - 2013-14

  • Played in 20 games on the season, starting the final eight
  • Averaged 2.5 points, 1.0 assists and 0.7 rebounds per game
  • Shared the team’s Most Improved Player Award with Jacqui Grant at the annual postseason banquet
  • Made multiple three-pointers in each of the last four games and in five of the last six, averaging 7.8 ppg & going 12-of-27 (44.4 percent) over that span after starting her career 0-of-14 from beyond the arc
  • Shot 42.9 percent from the field in the season’s last six games (15-of-35) after starting her career 0-of-16
  • Made 2-of-5 three-pointers at Indiana (Feb. 22) and also had a career-high three steals against the Hoosiers
  • In her third career start, McConnell made her first collegiate field goals, including her first three-pointers, scoring a career- and team-high 13 points at Iowa (Feb. 13) on 4-of-7 shooting from the field and 3-of-5 from beyond the arc
  • Made her first career start against Michigan State (Feb. 5) and scored her first collegiate points on 3-of-4 free-throw shooting in a career-best 36 minutes, also tying her career high with three assists
  • Made her collegiate debut against Mississippi Valley State (Nov. 14)
