• Second Team All-America honors running on the Men's Distance Medley Relay that placed 12th at NCAA Indoor Championships

• Ran second-career sub-four minute mile at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational, winning the event with a new personal-best finish time of 3:58.06
• Won three event titles on the season, two in the 800m (Illini Open and Illini Invitational) and one in the Mile (Iowa/Wieczorek)

2016 Freshman

• Placed second on the team at NCAA Championships and fifth among freshmen (80th) with a time of 30:45.7
• Earned All-Midwest Region honors with a 17th place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional, clocking a 30:44.9 10K. 
• Placed 17th at Big Ten Championships with a time of 25:07.2 
• Led the Illini at the Roy Piane Invite, clocking 24:13.0 to place 27th overall.  
• Made his Illini debut at the Bluegrass Invite, placing third overall with a time of 24:32.7

• Three-time defending IHSA 1A Cross-Country State Champion, besting the runner-up by 46 seconds this year with a three-mile time of 13:59.3
• Sixth fastest athlete in the history of the Illinois state meet at Detweiller Park
• Davis won the NXN Midwest Regional and competed at the national meet
• Davis is a three-time state champion in the 1600m and 3200m
• Receieved the News Gazette Runner of the Year award in 2013, 2014 & 2015
