• A three-time All-Region selection, during his senior season he was named Region Lineman of the Year, first team All-Low Country, first team All-State, and a North-South All-Star 
• Team won the 6AA region championship his freshman, sophomore and senior seasons, with a state title his freshman year as the squad was 13-1 overall 
• Also played basketball for three seasons and lacrosse for two seasons
