ROSEMONT, Ill. – Fighting Illini senior Ryan Voois has been named Big Ten Golfer of the Week following his medalist performance at the Hal Williams Collegiate in Mobile, Ala., Feb. 16-17. The Big Ten Conference announced the honor Thursday afternoon.
- Led the Fighting Illini to the team's second victory of the season at the Hal Williams Collegiate.
- Earned the second individual victory of his collegiate career.
- Carded a career-low score of 63 (-7) in Round 2, tied for the second-lowest round in program history.
- Posted a career-best, three-round total of 195 (-15), the second-lowest 54-hole tournament score in program history.
- Tied for the tournament lead with 18 birdies and carded par or better on 51 of 54 holes.
- Led Illinois to a 15-stroke victory with a team score of 809 (-31), the fifth-lowest 54-hole tournament score in program history.
It marks the second-career Big Ten Golfer of the Week honor for Voois, his first this season, and the second for the Fighting Illini in 2025-26.
