CHAMPAIGN – Thomas Detry and Nick Hardy are back in action this week, teeing off at the Texas Children's Houston Open at Memorial Park Golf Course.
Detry, ranked 10th in the FedEx Cup rankings and 26th in the Official World Golf Rankings, is coming off a T22 finish last week at the Valspar Championship.
Last year, both Detry and Hardy made the cut at the Houston Open. Detry held a share of the 54-hole lead and finished tied for second at 11-under in a group of five competitors that included World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler. Hardy posted even-par for the tournament to finish tied for 57th.
