Illinois Men's and Women's Gymnastics Gear Up For Orange and Blue Intrasquad Meet

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – Illinois men's and women's gymnastics take to Huff Hall for their annual Orange and Blue intrasquad meet on Friday, Dec. 5, at 6:30 p.m. CT.
The women's gymnastics program is led by first-year head coach Josh Nilson, who previously served as an associate head coach during the 2025 season. Daniel Riberio leads the men's gymnastics squad for his fourth season.
Both rosters will be divided into Team Orange and Team Blue, and all eight events will take place, giving the Champaign-Urbana community an inside look at the 2026 Fighting Illini. Scores will be determined by student-athlete guest judges, who will chose a winner of each matchup and raise an orange or blue flag to represent the team receiving points.
Admission is free.
