Stats and notes from former Illini in the NFL during Week 1 of the 2024 season:

Isaiah Adams, OL, Arizona Cardinals - Participated in four special teams snaps in the Cardinals' 34-28 loss to the Buffalo Bills. 

Tony Adams, S, New York Jets - Started at S and participated in all 79 defensive snaps while recording 12 tackles, one sack, and one pass breakup in the Jets' 32-19 loss against the San Francisco 49ers. 

Nick Allegretti, OL, Washington Commanders - Started at LG and participated in all 59 offensive snaps and four special teams snaps in the Commanders' 37-20 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. 

Chase Brown, RB, Cincinnati Bengals - Participated in 17 offensive snaps and nine special teams snaps while recording 11 rushing yards on three attempts and three receptions for 12 yards in the Bengals' 16-10 loss to the New England Patriots. 

Tommy DeVito, QB, New York Giants - Not active in the Giants' 28-6 loss against the Minnesota Vikings. 

Kendrick Green, OL, Houston Texans - Participated in five special teams snaps in the Texans' 29-27 win against the Indianapolis Colts. 

Jake Hansen, LB, Houston Texans - Participated in 17 special teams snaps and recorded a tackle in the Texans' 29-27 win against the Indianapolis Colts. 

Nate Hobbs, DB, Las Vegas Raiders - Started at CB and participated in all 57 defensive snaps while recording four tackles and a pass breakup in the Raiders' 22-10 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers.

Kerby Joseph, DB, Detroit Lions - Started at S and participated in 75 defensive snaps and nine special teams snaps while recording six tackles, a pass breakup, and an interception in the Lions' 26-20 overtime win against the Los Angeles Rams.

Ted Karras, OL, Cincinnati Bengals - Started at C and participated in all 51 offensive snaps and two special teams snaps in the Bengals' 16-10 loss to the New England Patriots.

Doug Kramer, OL, Chicago Bears - Participated in four special teams snaps in the Bears' 24-17 win against the Tennessee Titans.

Vederian Lowe, OL, New England Patriots - Participated in 53 offensive snaps and four special teams snaps in the Patriots' 16-10 win against the Cincinnati Bengals. 

Quan Martin, DB, Washington Commanders - Started at S and participated in 59 defensive snaps and 10 special teams snaps while recording nine tackles in the Commanders' 37-20 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. 

Chase McLaughlin, K, Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Started at K and participated in seven special teams snaps while recording three field goals and four extra points in the Buccaneers' 37-20 win against the Washington Commanders

Jer'Zhan Newton, DL, Washington Commanders - Not active in the Commanders' 37-20 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. 

Alex Palczewski, OL, Denver Broncos - Participated in four special teams snaps in the Broncos' 26-20 loss against the Seattle Seahawks. 

Del'Shawn Phillips, LB, Houston Texans - Participated in 17 special teams snaps and recorded tackles in the Texans' 29-27 win against the Indianapolis Colts. 

Tip Reiman, TE, Arizona Cardinals - Participated in 20 offensive snaps and 11 special teams snaps in the Cardinals' 34-28 loss to the Buffalo Bills. 

Dawuane Smoot, DL, Buffalo Bills - Not active in the Bills' 34-28 win against the Arizona Cardinals.

Jihad Ward, DL, Minnesota Vikings - Participated in 29 defensive snaps and four special teams snaps in the Vikings' win against the New York Giants.

Casey Washington, WR, Atlanta Falcons - Not active in the Falcons' 18-10 loss against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
