CHAMPAIGN, Ill. — Kickoff times for the first three Illinois football games, all at Memorial Stadium, were announced by the Big Ten Conference and its television partners on Thursday. In addition, the games at Penn State and Oregon were designated as either 2:30/3 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. CT start times.
