Illinois holds a 45-31 record over Nebraska, including the monster 411.550-395.250 victory the Illini took over the Cornhuskers last season.Â
Before the 2023 win, Illinois only lost twice to Nebraska in the last four meetings (2022: L, 405.650-408.050, 2021: W, 405.500-401.600, 2020: W, 407.050-399.850, 2019: L, 399.150-401.250). Â

The Cornhuskers are coming off a second place finish (408.150) in a quad meet versus Air Force (386.800), Cal (394.850) and #3 Stanford (410.850).Â
Two Huskers earned event titles in the quad meet, highlighted by Cooper Giles on pommel horse (14.200) and Sam Phillips in the all-around (80.200). Travis Wong collected a career-best score (13.550) on still rings.
