CHAMPAIGN, Ill. -- The Big Ten Conference announced its television schedule for the upcoming 2023 volleyball season, with the Fighting Illini set to make as many as 10 appearances on Big Ten Network.
The Fighting Illini's matches against USC and UCF on Sept. 14-15 at the Boilermaker Challenge will air on BTN, beginning the squad's televised slate. The Illini's match at Indiana on Sept. 20 kicks off Big Ten play and will air at 7 p.m. CT.
The Orange and Blue's first televised home match will take place on Sept. 29, when the team welcomes Penn State to Champaign. On Oct. 4, the Fighting Illini will face off against Purdue at 5 p.m. CT on FS1.
The Illini's home matches against Indiana (Oct. 25), Purdue (Oct. 28), and Northwestern (Nov. 1) will air on BTN. The team's match at reigning Big Ten champion Wisconsin on Nov. 4 will take place at 7 p.m. CT on BTN.
The final two televised matches for Illinois will be at home against Ohio State at 8 p.m. CT on Nov. 15 and at Minnesota on Nov. 24 at 6:30 p.m. CT.
All Big Ten Conference matches that have not been designated for television will air on B1G+.
