CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – Illinois soccer head coach Janet Rayfield announced today the addition of Isabel "Bel" Rolley (Las Vegas, NV) to the Fighting Illini roster for the 2023 season.

ABOUT ROLLEY
- Was part of two Southern California NCAA Tournament teams (2019, 2021)
- Played in 25 matches, making nine starts, for Southern California in two seasons.
- Played in 16 matches, making 13 starts, for Oregon in 2022. Started 11 of last 12 matches of the season on the back line.
- Scored 10 goals with five assists in one season at Bishop Gorman High School. Was named rookie of the year, All-Southwest League, All-Southern Nevada and All-Sunset Region.
- Led Heat FC to a Southwest Conference title and advanced to the 2017 and 2018 ECNL playoffs.
Rolley joins the Illini and will bring versatility and experience to the Orange and Blue's back line. The Las Vegas, Nev., native has played in 41 matches in her collegiate career combined at Southern California and Oregon.
She began her career at Southern Cal, featuring in 25 matches from 2020-21, making nine starts for the Trojans. Rolley played 60 minutes during first round action at the 2021 NCAA Women's Soccer Tournament.
During her lone season at Oregon in 2022, Rolley played in 16 matches, making 13 starts for the Ducks, including starts in 11 of the team's final 12 matches to close out the campaign.
Rolley was a one-year standout at Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas, scoring 10 goals with five assists. She was named rookie of the year, All-Southwest League, All-Southern Nevada and All-Sunset Region.
In club action, led Heat FC to a Southwest Conference title and advanced to the 2017 and 2018 ECNL playoffs. Heat FC was also a national quarterfinalist in 2018. Rolley also played for Meremether United in Australia.
