Hello Illini fans!

My name is Brianna Nykaza and I am a senior infielder from Chicago. I am majoring in psychology with a minor in kinesiology in hopes of being a sports psychologist. 

We just finished our last non-conference tournament weekend at South Florida. We had a pretty good weekend with four wins and one loss. We have been competing hard and learning as a team every game which is making us stronger, better and closer. This team is very special with endless talent. It is no doubt that we will do some very special things as we enter into conference play soon. 

We are very excited for our upcoming games during our spring break this upcoming week. We are especially excited for our first home game on Wednesday, March 15th against Valparaiso. We hope to see you there!
