Campaign Countdown Challenge – Make a Gift on June 30
For the past six years, Illinois Athletics has been working to fulfill the $300 million fundraising goal as part of the university wide $2.25 billion comprehensive campaign "With Illinois". As the campaign officially comes to a close, there's still time for you to join more than 21,000 fellow Illini that have made a campaign gift in support of Illinois student-athletes.
On Thursday, June 30, during the final 24 hours of the campaign, we're uniting Illini from across the country in support of a bold vision for championship athletics. Greater financial investment is the key to victory, and we need the strength of Fighting Illini fans to lead the way.
Amplify your gift on June 30 through challenges and matches.
Your gifts will help unlock additional donations as milestones are hit during the day. If 25 donors make a gift of any size to the I FUND before noon a $10,000 donation from an anonymous donor will be unlocked.
John Caywood State Farm Agency, in Champaign, has pledged to match all gifts to the I FUND dollar-for-dollar up to $5,000.
An additional anonymous donor will give $10,000 to the I FUND once $10,000 has been raised.
When you give early, you can win!
The I FUND is giving away exclusive items to Fighting Illini supporters who act fast on June 30.
Make a difference.
On any day of the year, gifts of all sizes to the I FUND make a difference for Fighting Illini student-athletes. But on June 30, the power is in the collective impact Illinois fans and supporters can make in just one day.
A $50 gift, combined with nine others, can provide a year's worth of books for one student-athlete; 25 gifts of $100 can provide academic support and programming for one student-athlete; 12 gifts of $500 can help support the Illini fuel and nutrition needs of one student-athlete.
"Donor support is directly related to the success and development of our student-athletes," Men's Golf Head Coach Mike Small said. "Without the additional funding to be on par with other national programs, our student-athletes would always be chasing our opponents, instead of leading them."
There is no limit to the impact you and others can make with your gift, no matter the size.
