MADISON, Wis. - Illinois men's tennis team's run in the 2022 Big Ten Tournament came to an end on Saturday (April 30) afternoon as the Illini fell to Michigan, 4-0, in the tournament semifinals at the Nielson Tennis Stadium.
Michigan won the doubles point on the afternoon with wins on courts 2 and 3. No. 77 Hunter Heck and Lucas Horve defeated Styler/Ehrenschneider 6-3 in No. 1 singles.
The wolverines picked up singles wins on courts 4 and 5. No. 30 Ondrej Styler clinched the match on court 1 over No. 82 Hunter Heck, ending his 11-match win streak.
