ROSEMONT, Ill. – Fresh off of his individual victory at the Boilermaker Invitational, University of Illinois senior Adrien Dumont De Chassart has been selected as the Big Ten Co-Golfer of the Week, the league announced Thursday morning.  

• Completed a wire-to-wire victory with a total of 204 (-9) and led Illinois to the team title at the 2022 Boilermaker Invitational in West Lafayette, Ind.
• Fired rounds of 69, 65 and 70 to finish more than seven full strokes below the course average of 75.30 for the week, highlighted by 13 birdies
• Recorded 50 of 54 holes at or below par en route to his third career individual title and first since the 2019 Big Ten Championships. 

It marks the third-career Big Ten Golfer of the Week honor for Dumont de Chassart, and his second this season. Overall, an Illini has won the award four times this season, with Piercen Hunt and Tommy Kuhl each capture weekly accolades earlier this year.
