COLUMBUS, Ohio – Illinois men's tennis fell to the third ranked Ohio State Buckeyes 4-0 on Friday evening.
Illinois lost the doubles point to Ohio State. No. 61 Montsi/Stuart won 6-4 over Van Emburgh/Boulais on Court 3 while No. 50 Heck/Horve took No.1 Vocel/Cash to a set tiebreaker before falling 7-6(6) on Court 1.
Ohio State won three singles matches to secure the match win. No. 7 Vocel clinched the win on Court 2.
