The Fighting Illini women's basketball team plays host to Big Ten foe Wisconsin on Sunday afternoon.
» Tipoff between the Fighting Illini (5-8, 0-2 B1G) and the visiting Badgers (3-10, 0-3 B1G ) is set for 2 p.m. CT at State Farm Center.
» The game is Illinois' annual "Pack the House" game. Promotions include $1 tickets, $2 hot dogs, and free t-shirts for the first 250 fans.
» The game will be streamed live on B1G+ with Scott Sudikoff (play-by-play), Scott Beatty (analyst), and Spencer Nelson (sideline).
» Mike Koon will call the action for the Illini on the Busey Bank Illini Sports Network (1400 AM / 93.9 FM).

About the Illini
Illinois enters Sunday's game vs. Wisconsin with an overall record of 5-8 (0-2 B1G), and will be looking for their first Big Ten win of the season against the Badgers who are off to an 0-3 start in league play.
» The Illini are 5-3 at home, most recently coming off of a loss to Missouri at State Farm Center on Dec. 22.
» The team is 0-5 away from home, including a pair of neutral-site losses as part of the Daytona Beach Invitational in November.
» Offensively, the Illini have opened the season with an improved scoring average from last season. Through 12 games, the Illini are averaging 65.4 points per game, an improvement of nearly six points per game over last year's season average of 59.6 ppg.
» Illinois enter Sunday's matchup vs. Wisconsin with a 5-0 mark in games in which the Illini offense scores at least 70 points.

» Sophomore F Kendall Bostic averages a team-leading 11.8 rebounds per game, first in the Big Ten Conference and eighth in the NCAA. .
About Wisconsin
Wisconsin enters Sunday's game with an overall record of 3-10 (0-3 B1G), and is coming off of a 76-53 home loss to No. 6 Indiana on Jan. 5.
» The Badgers went 3-7 in non-conference play with wins over St. Thomas (67-51) in their season opener, vs. Boise State (60-45) in a neutral-site contest in Boulder, Colo., on Nov. 27, and vs. Illinois State (70-60) on Dec. 16 in their final home game prior to their loss to IU.
» Due to COVID-19 concerns within the UW program, their non-conference finale vs. Eastern Illinois (Dec. 23) was cancelled, and their B1G matchup vs. Purdue (Dec. 30) was postponed.
» The Badgers are 0-4 in true road games on the season with losses at Bradley (64-57), Milwaukee (79-67), Colorado (67-51), and Northwestern (61-49).
» Wisconsin is led by a pair of junior guards in Julie Pospisilova and Sydney Hilliard who average 14.5 and 14.1 points per game, respectively. Hilliard also ranks as the team's top rebounder (4.8 rpg).

Series vs. Wisconsin
Sunday's matchup vs. Wisconsin marks the 79th in the series between the Illini and the Badgers, and the first of two regular-season tilts scheduled for this season.
» Illinois trails in the all-time series, 38-40. The Illini are 22-13 vs. Wisconsin in games played against in Champaign, while posting a 10-25 mark in Madison, and a 6-2 record in neutral-site contests.
» The Illini won the most recent matchup, a 67-42 victory in the opening round of the 2021 Big Ten Tournament in Indianapolis, Ind., last March.
» The Badgers captured a 73-64 win in their last trip to State Farm Center on Feb. 2, 2020.
