Illinois sophomore guard Ayo Dosunmu announced on Twitter Thursday that he is declaring for the NBA Draft after being named first-team All-Big Ten and leading the Illini to a No. 21 final national ranking in his second season in Orange and Blue.
The 6-5, 185-pound guard averaged 15.2 points, 4.2 rebounds and 3.3 assists per game over two seasons at Illinois. As a sophomore in 2019-20, he checked in at 16.6 points and 4.3 rebounds per game while shooting 48.4 percent from the field.
