CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – The University of Illinois announced Friday the addition five games to future schedules, including a four-game home-and-home series with Missouri from 2032-2035 that adds to the previously announced four-game series for 2026-2029. The Illini also have added a home game with Ohio in 2025, completing that schedule.
The four new Illinois-Missouri matchups start in 2032, with the Tigers coming to Champaign on Sept. 18, 2032. The games will alternate sites for the next three seasons, with Illinois going to Columbia on Sept. 17, 2033, and Sept. 15, 2035, and the Tigers coming to Memorial Stadium on Sept. 16, 2034. The two border rivals were already set to meet four times from 2026-29. This extension makes the series eight games over a 10 year span from 2026-2035, with only 2030 and 2031 being the outliers.
Illinois and Missouri have met 24 times previously, with the Tigers holding a 17-7 advantage. The most recent meeting came in 2010, a 23-13 Mizzou win in St. Louis.
