CHAMPAIGN, Ill. — The Illinois baseball team announced its fall schedule Monday with three games in September. The games do not count towards the official 56-game spring schedule. 

Illinois will play two Division I opponents during its three-exhibition schedule. The Illini travel to face Butler at Grand Park in Westfield, Indiana, on Sept. 14 before hosting Indiana State at Illinois Field on Sept. 28 at Illinois Field.

The fall schedule finishes Sept. 30 against the Great Lakes Canadians, a club team out of London, Ontario, Canada. Great Lakes is run by former Illini and professional catcher Chris Robinson.
