CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – Fighting Illini football invites fans out to Memorial Stadium for a fun-filled Saturday with the Illini on Aug. 10, beginning with an open practice at 4 p.m., followed by Fan Appreciation Day for photos and autographs with the team at 6 p.m., and capped with Movie Night sponsored by Busey at 7 p.m. All activities are free admission.

For all activities, fans should enter the West side of Memorial Stadium through Gate 24, and free parking is available in the Northwest and Northeast parking lots of State Farm Center, as well as E14.

OPEN PRACTICE: Get a sneak preview of the 2019 edition of the Fighting Illini football team, led by fourth-year head coach Lovie Smith, during the open practice at Memorial Stadium prior to the on-field activities. Open practice begins at 4 p.m. and gates open at 3:30 p.m.

All Training Camp practices from Aug. 2-17 are open to the public, but only the Aug. 10 and Aug. 17 are scheduled to take place inside Memorial Stadium. The rest are scheduled for the Campus Rec. Practice Fields. 

FAN APPRECIATION NIGHT: Fans have a chance to get photos and autographs with their favorite Fighting Illini football players following the open practice. The 2019 poster and schedule card will be available for pick up and autographs prior to the event. Space will be reserved during the Fan Appreciation event from the South 30-yard line to the horseshoe for Movie Night set up, and the entire field will open at the conclusion at 7 p.m.

MOVIE NIGHT SPONSORED BY BUSEY: Disney's Aladdin will show on the Memorial Stadium big screen starting at 7 p.m. Admission is free, and 500 Illini popcorn buckets will be given away at the concession stands*. 

Fans are encouraged to bring their own food, drinks** and blankets onto the field. Popcorn, candy, pretzels, soda and water will be available for purchase at the concession stands in the Great West Hall. Lawn chairs will not be allowed on the field, but fans will be allowed to sit in the stands on the west side of the stadium as an alternative to watching from the field.

VIP EXPERIENCE: Fans have a chance to upgrade their Fan Appreciation Day with VIP experiences. Fans can enjoy the final 20 minutes of practice on the Memorial Stadium field and go to the front of the line for autographs and pictures with Illinois head football coach Lovie Smith. Download and log on to the official Illini mobile app and select "Fighting Illini Upgrades" to purchase the VIP package.

FIGHTING ILLINI KIDS CLUB MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE PICK UP: All-American Kids Club member will have the opportunity to pick up their 2019-20 membership packages in the Great West Hall during the open practice and Fan Appreciation Day. This is the first pick-up date, with additional dates to be announced. The membership package includes: two football tickets, two men's basketball tickets, retro lunch box, water bottle, lanyard and membership ID card. Join the Fighting Illini Kids Club today for just $30 per child (8th grade or younger).

OPEN CALL FOR FANS: The Fighting Illini Creative team will hold a photo shoot for fans who want to "Join the Fight" and be featured on various social media and marketing materials for the 2019-20 Illinois sports season. The Creative Services team is looking for loyal fans of all ages to take part in the shoot in the Southwest corner of Memorial Stadium from 6-7 p.m. Please wear Illini gear.

SEASON TICKETS: The I FUND 4 Pack provides the best deal in Memorial Stadium with four tickets for all seven home games, a season parking pass and an I FUND membership for just $349. A variety of other season ticket options are also currently on sale in the Illinois Ticket Office. Tickets for all seven home games for reserved seats are $339 in the prime area, $259 on the sideline, $175 in the orange zone and $139 in the horseshoe and blue zone. Premium seats in the Colonnades Club are available for just $999. 

MINI PLANS: Two- and three-game mini plans are on sale for the 2019 Illinois football season. Two-game plans are available for just $70 with two different packages to choose from. Select the plan with games against Michigan (10/12) and Northwestern (11/30), or games vs. Nebraska (9/21) and Wisconsin (10/19). For just an additional $10 fans can upgrade to the three-game plan and add the season opener vs. Akron on Aug. 31. Seats are located in the Orange and Blue zones, and the Horseshoe.

SINGLE GAME TICKETS: Single-game tickets for all seven home games of the 2019 Fighting Illini football season start as low as $20 for non-conference games or $35 for Big Ten competition. Fans can also purchase a four-pack option for the B1G opener vs. Nebraska – four tickets for $89. Illinois hosts five B1G matchups this season with the Michigan Wolverines returning to Memorial Stadium for the first time since 2011.
