CHAMPAIGN, Ill. -Â Kofi Cockburn scored a career-high 26 points to lead Illinois in a 95-64 win over North Carolina A&T on Sunday afternoon at State Farm Center.
The freshman shot 11-of-16 from the floor and pulled down nine rebounds.
Ayo Dosunmu scored 19 points and Alan Griffin added 18 and drained a career-high four 3-pointers.
Up next, Illinois heads to East Lansing, Michigan to face the Spartans on Thursday, Jan. 2.
