CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – The Fighting Illini football team held training camp practice No. 2 Saturday afternoon. The squad practiced for just over two hours in shorts and helmets on a hot morning at the Campus Recreation Fields east of Memorial Stadium at Florida Ave. and Goodwin Ave. in Urbana (MAP).

» Canton-Bound: Following Saturday morning's practice, Illini coach Lovie Smith headed to Canton, Ohio, for Brian Urlacher's Pro Football Hall of Fame induction ceremony. Urlacher played nine seasons with Lovie when he was head coach of the Chicago Bears (2004-12).
