CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – The Illinois softball team's schedule for this weekend's tournament at Mississippi State in Starkville, Miss., on March 9-11 has been changed due to forecasted rain in the area.
Originally schedule to play a single game on Friday (March 9) and two contests on Saturday (March 10), the Illini will now play a doubleheader against the host Bulldogs on Friday at 4 and 6 p.m. CT and a single game against UMass-Lowell at 9 a.m., on Saturday morning.
Sunday's schedule remains as is, with the Illini set to face UMass-Lowell at 11 a.m.
