Reiser set a personal-record in his last 5K, finishing in 14:09.21 at Stanford, while Pengelly ran his fastest 10K of his career (29:38.62) at Mt. SAC. Lafond will be racing in his first 5K of the season after setting the third-best steeplechase mark in the country two weeks ago and running a season-best 1500m at the Illinois Twilight last Saturday.
