Free Pennants on Friday
March 23, 2016 | Baseball
The Illinois baseball team will give away free pennants to the first 250 fans in attendance at Friday's home opener against Penn State. The game is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. CT.
The pennants commemorate the Fighting Illini's 30th Big Ten championship and have all 30 years of titles displayed around the boarder. Illinois won a team-record 50 games in 2015, including a Big Ten record 27-game winning streak.
Admission is free for all Illinois baseball games in 2016. For the full promotional schedule, click here.
