The two Fighting Illini form the No. 25-ranked doubles tandem, and played in doubles qualifying as the No. 3 seed. Kwong and Vias faced Virginia Tech's pair of Elena Cerezo-Codina and Carolina Daxhelet. The Hokies prevailed, 8-6.
