BOSTON - The Illinois women's tennis program wrapped up its fall slate on Sunday at the Harvard Invitational. The Illini picked up two singles wins and two doubles wins over the course of the three-day tournament. The Illini don't compete again until dual action starts in January. The spring schedule kicks off with the Hawaii Tournament, hosted by the University of Georgia in Maui, Hawaii, from Jan. 16-19.

Illinois traveled four players to Boston for the Harvard Invitational, and all four contributed to a doubles victory on Day Two. Jerricka Boone and Louise Kwong, both freshmen, teamed up to top a Boston University team 8-3, and Julia Jamieson and Emily Barretta also won their match against Boston, 8-6.

Jamieson and Barretta also picked up singles wins later in the day, both winning in super tiebreaks in lieu of a third set. Jamieson beat Brown's Ammu Mandalap, 6-3, 4-6, 10-4; Barretta topped Brown's Sarah Kandath, 7-5, 3-6, 10-8.
