Park Ridge, Ill. - The conference office announced that Big Ten Basketball Media Day, held Thursday, Oct. 27, in Rosemont, Ill., will feature several coverage enhancements this year. For the first time in the history of the event, all 24 men's and women's coaches press conference will be streamed live on BTN.com.
Live streaming video of the press conference begins at 8 a.m. CT/9 a.m. ET and is available for free through the Big Ten Digital Network. Illinois women's coach Jolette Law will take the dais at 8:30 am CT, while men's coach Bruce Weber will be on at 9:10 am CT.
Joining Weber and Law in Rosemont will be junior's Brandon Paul and D.J. Richardson on the men's team and junior Karisma Penn and sophomore Amber Moore from the women's team.
Fans can also follow @B1GMBBall and @B1GWBBall on Twitter throughout the day for highlights of the event and are encouraged to use the hash tag #B1GMD to join the conversation.
