Well it's been another full week for us at Huff Hall. After another week of practice, we spent the weekend in Houston, Texas. It was a great weekend for us, both on and off the court. After losing a tough match to LSU in 5, we beat Rice and Texas A&M Corpus Christi to finish second in the tournament.

On Saturday night, we got to spend some quality time together off the court. We drove out to Kemah, which is on the Gulf Coast, and hung out on the boardwalk for a few hours. After a wonderful dinner, we took advantage of the gorgeous Kemah coast by doing some shopping and sightseeing on the boardwalk. There were rollercoasters, shops, and, most importantly, an aquarium with a sand shark and two black tips! It was great to be able to spend some time together off the court.

We have another big weekend ahead of us with the State Farm Illini Classic, as we take on Marquette at 7:00 this Friday. It's our first home weekend and it also happens to be Stuff Huff, so I'll see all of you!
