University of Illinois women's basketball team will hold walk-on tryouts on Tuesday, October 16 at 7 p.m. at the Ubben Basketball Complex (1750 S. Fourth St., Champaign).

In order to be eligible for the tryouts, candidates must show proof of having a physical examination by a licensed medical doctor prior to their tryout. This is per the NCAA and the Competitive Safe Guards Committee. NO Student will be able to tryout without a written physical exam.

Candidates must also be full-time students at the University of Illinois, bring proof of insurance and have not used up their college eligibility at another institution.
