1. With 126 yards rushing today, Pierre Thomas improves to seventh on the school's all-time rushing list. He now has 2,265 career yards.

2. Thomas also rushed for over 100 yards for the third time this season and the eighth time in his career, which puts him fifth on the career 100-yard rushing games list.

3. The Illini offense rushed for over 200 yards (209 total) for the second consecutive game and the third time this season.

4. Illinois scored on its opening drive for the first time this season. It was the first time since Illinois scored a field goal on the opening drive against Penn State last season (Oct. 22, 2005).

5. The Illini offense converted six plays of over 25 yards in the game, bringing their season total to 18. The Illini also had six big plays in the season opener against Eastern Illinois.

6. Wide Receiver DaJuan Warren's 27-yard touchdown to Jody Ellis was the second touchdown pass by a non-quarterback for the Illini this season. Last week, running back E.B. Halsey threw a touchdown pass vs. Michigan State.

7. Wide receiver Kyle Hudson caught his second and third touchdown passes of the season, on a 35-yarder and 53-yarder from Juice Williams in the first quarter.

8. Pierre Thomas scored his 18th career touchdown, third of the season, on a 3-yard run in the first quarter.

9. Williams' 53-yard touchdown pass to Kyle Hudson was Illinois' first and only play of that drive, lasting only 20 seconds. It is the shortest drive of the season for the Illini and the fifth scoring drive under two minutes this year.

10. The Illini defense forced its ninth turnover of the year with a fumble recovered by David Lindquist in the first quarter. It is Lindquist's third fumble recovery of the season.

11. Jason Reda kicked his fourth (41 yards) and fifth (28 yards) field goals of the season and now has 25 in his career, which moves him to seventh on the all-time field goal list.

12. The Illini scored 22 points in the first quarter against Indiana, the program's most points scored in a single quarter since 24 points against Florida A&M in the second quarter in 2004.

13. The Illini scored on its first five drives of the game - three touchdowns and two field goals.

14. Williams' 10 completions today vs. the Hoosiers is a career high. He also tied his career high with two touchdown passes, equaling his two TD strikes vs. Syracuse on Sept. 16.

15. J Leman had a game-high 10 tackles to run his streak to five consecutive games reaching double figures. Leman leads the Big Ten with 65 tackles on the season (10.9 avg.)

16. Alan Ball set a career high today with four passes broken up.
