1. Illinois' 24 points are the most points it has scored in a Big Ten game this season, and 538 yards and three touchdowns scored are also conference-game highs for the Illini. Illinois' 538 yards of total offense also set a season high, besting the previous mark of 492 against San Jose State. Today was the second time the Illini have outgained an opponent, the first coming vs. SJSU.

2. Illinois rushed for 261 yards besting the previous season high of 204 set against Rutgers. It is the second time this season the Illini have topped 200 yards as a team.

3. Jason Davis' 61-yard reception in the first quarter is the longest play of the season for the Illini and a career-long reception for Davis. His previous long was a 27-yard catch against California on Sept. 17, 2005. The catch set up Illinois' five-yard touchdown pass to Melvin Bryant from Tim Brasic.

4. Sophomore Jason Reda kicked a 23-yard field goal for his 12th of the season. He now has 19 for his career, which ranks ninth on the Illinois all-time field goal list.

5. Pierre Thomas' 57 yards give him 1,597 rushing yards for his career, good for 15th on the all-time list. Thomas' 28-yard rush in the third quarter is his longest of the season. In addition, he moves into ninth all-time with 105 all-purpose yards, increasing his career total to 3,120 yards.

6. Tim Brasic rushed for 116 yards vs. Wisconsin to set the Illinois single-season rushing record for a quarterback with 358 yards. His 116 yards are a career high and is the best single-game rushing performance by a quarterback. With 358 yards this season, he is 158 away from the career rushing mark for a QB.

7. Brasic's 116 rushing yards are the most by an Illinois player this season.

8. Brasic's 277 passing yards was a career high (previous was 233 against Iowa this year).

9. With 10 catches, Kyle Hudson set a new career high, topping his six catches at Iowa. He finished the game with 114 yards, a career high as well as a season high for Illinois receivers. His touchdown was also the first of his career and his 24-yard rush in the first quarter was the first time he has run the ball at Illinois.

10. Steve Weatherford's 184 yards on five punts give him 7,624 yards for his career, good for fifth on the career yardage list. Weatherford now has 175 career punts, seventh-most in Illinois history.

11. DaJuan Warren's 35-yard reception in the third quarter was a career-long, eclipsing his previous best of 15 set last week against Penn State.

12. Kevin Mitchell's 12 tackles today set a new career high, besting his former mark of eight set earlier this season at Iowa.

13. Alan Ball also set a new career high in tackles-for-loss, registering two for six yards.

14. Brit Miller broke his former career high in both tackles and tackles for loss, racking up eight tackles and 1.5 TFLs. His previous best was two tackles and he had one TFL on the season.
