Urbana, Ill. - Mother Nature continues to be a foe of the Illini as the weather again played a factor in an Illinois game. This time she wouldn't let up. Officials decided to cancel the Illinois/Michigan softball game scheduled for Saturday due to rain in the area.

Michigan won the first game of the two game series last night, 3-1. The second game will not be made up. For the Sunday doubleheaders, Michigan travels on to Purdue while the Illini will entertain Michigan State.
