Head coach Yoshi Hayasaki praised his squad for its outstanding effort saying: "High bar is normally where we score high. We had a few mistakes, but those were our only faults of the day. Its a nice ending for the season, the seniors and dual-competitions. We hope to take this momentum into the Big Ten and NCAA Championships. The guys did very well."
The Illini take next weekend off to prepare for the Big Ten Championships, which will be held at Minnesota March 22-23.
