COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - No. 17 Illinois blew a 14-point lead and made only four shots in the second half, but Susan Blauser scored six points in overtime for a 63-57 victory Thursday over Ohio State.

Illinois (10-4, 1-0 Big Ten) never trailed in overtime after Blauser opened with a steal and a layup, then hit a jump shot. Blauser finished 11 points.

Ohio State (7-4, 0-1) made only 2 of 9 shots from the field as it was outscored in overtime 12-6.

Allison Curtin scored half of her team-high 20 points as Illinois opened the game with a 25-11 spurt. Ohio State cut the lead to 32-26 at halftime when Laura Ingham stole the ball and passed to D'wan Shackleford for a layup with 1 second left.

LaToy Turner completed the comeback in the second half. She scored a career-high 22 points, including consecutive layups that put Ohio State ahead 36-34 with 14:58 left in regulation.

Turner's layup with 1:10 left tied it 51-51 - the fifth tie of the second half - and sent it to overtime.

Illinois shot only 19 percent (4-of-21) in the second half and was held to a season-low regulation point total.
