Kingsley Osei-Asibey is in his fourth season overall at Illinois in 2019, serving as director of analytics and footbal technology in 2019 as after previously serving as a defensive analyst on Lovie Smith's staff. He joined the Illini after six years of working in technology in the NFL.
Osei-Asibey is also respnsible for researching and implementing advanced football technologies used to enhance player development for the Fighting Illini.
Osei-Asibey spent the 2014 and 2015 seasons with Lovie Smith and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a football technology specialist. He previously worked for the Chicago Bears from March 2010-April 2014 as a systems specialist.
Osei-Asibey started his professional career as an IT manager for a private company. He completed his bachelor’s degree in computer science at Governors State in 2006.
