Education: 
Louthain is a graduate of Knox College and received a bachelor's degree in economics. He went on to earn a master's in sport management from Western Illinois. 

Past Experience: 
Rob joined the Fighting Illini following his time as a Corporate Partnership Manager with the Indianapolis Colts from 2013-22. From 2010-13, Louthain was a General Manager at Learfield. He served as the Manager of Premium Seating with the Chicago White Sox on two occasions (1995-2000 and 2004-10) with a stop as the Western Golf Association from 2000-04 as the Sales and Marketing Director. 

Personal: 
Rob grew up in Bushnell, Illinois, and is married to Denise Louthain. They have three children: Sophie, Brendan and Gavin.
