Education:
Goodson graduated with her bachelor's and master's degrees from Otterbein (Antioch) University in athletic training. While in undergrad, she was a four-year member of the track and field team, served as the president of Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), and was a campus ambassador for The Hidden Opponent, a mental health awareness initiative.
Job Responsibilities:
She currently serves as an athletic trainer for the Illinois men's and women's cross country/track & field programs.
Past Experience:
Goodson completed her final graduate clinical rotation at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where she worked with the men's and women's basketball programs during the 2025–26 academic year.
Personal:
Originally from Huntington, West Virginia, Goodson is the youngest of three. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her cat Kobe.
