Molly Stuckey enters her second season with the Fighting Illini women's gymnastics program and her first as the director of operations during the 2025-26 campaign. Stuckey served as an assistant coach while also aiding with operational duties in 2024-25.

In her first year with the Orange and Blue, Stuckey led Illinois to Round 2 at the 2025 NCAA Regionals. She helped freshman Chloe Cho become the third gymnast in program history to win Big Ten Freshman of the Year, while Cho was also an All-Big Ten First Team and Big Ten All-Freshman Team honoree under Stuckey's guidance.

Stuckey has served as a judging official for the National Association of Women's Gymnastics Judges since 2016, covering both NCAA and USA Gymnastics Women's Development Program competitions. She has maintained a deep understanding of the sport's technical aspects through continuous personal development and stays informed about rule and policy updates.

Stuckey's experiences in coaching and operations are just as extensive as the rest of her resume. She's served as on-site support for gymnastics invitationals, coached women at various clubs across the country, and held volunteering roles across the globe.

The Junction City, Kan., native holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
