Education:
Page earned a B.B.A. in business management from Radford University in Spring 2025 and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in recreation, sport, and tourism with a concentration in sport management from the University of Illinois.
Responsibilities:
Page's responsibilities include the administration of athletic financial aid across all Illinois varsity programs, student-athlete housing, roster management, and student-athlete benefits established through the House Settlement, including revenue sharing and NIL-related programming. She collaborates with coaches, administrators, and campus stakeholders to support strategic operational initiatives, enhance the student-athlete experience, and ensure compliance with NCAA, Big Ten, University, state, and federal requirements.
Past Experience:
From July 2025 through February 2026, Page served as the assistant director of compliance at the University of Illinois, where she was responsible for reviewing and approving team travel rosters, weekly CARA/RARA logs, time management plans, complimentary admissions, and other NCAA and Big Ten compliance documentation. She also served as the department's liaison to the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and supported compliance monitoring, reporting, and rules education across all Illinois sport programs.
Page currently serves as chair of the NCAA Division I Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), after previously serving as vice chair. Her NCAA governance service includes the NCAA Division I Board of Directors (2025–26), Board of Directors Executive Committee (2025–26), Decision-Making Working Group (2025), Transition Committee (2025), Division I Council (2024–25), and Council Coordination Committee (2024–25). In January 2024, she testified before Congress during the hearing, "NIL Playbook: Proposal to Protect Student-Athletes' Deal-Making Rights." She also served on the 2024–25 DI-AAA/FCS ADA Governance Working Group.
Prior to her national leadership roles, Page served as chair of the Big South Conference Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and was a three-year president of the Radford University Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
Page has also been a featured panelist and speaker at the Sports Business Journal Intercollegiate Athletics Forum, NACDA Convention, Knight Commission meetings, the NCAA Leadership Forum, and other national conferences focused on college athletics governance and leadership.
Personal:
A native of Murfreesboro, Tenn., Page was a four-year DI volleyball student-athlete at Radford University. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Radford receiving numerous distinctions including Radford Athletics Senior Leadership Award, Davis College of Business Distinguished Scholar, Davis College of Business Citizen Award, Grieg Denny Leadership Award, Provost Student-Athlete Excellence Award, and eight-time Dean's List recipient.
