Education:
Kumler earned his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois in 2020. He is currently pursuing his masters in Recreation, Sport and Tourism.

Job Responsibilities:
Kumler assists with Event Management duties, including operational planning, event operations, and staffing. He works primarily with the men's and women's track and field, men's and womens' cross country, and wrestling.   

Past Experience:
Prior to becoming an Event Management Coordinator, Kumler worked at the Armory Track and Floor as an undergrad. He helped with daily functions and upkeep of the facility. He assisted with the indoor and outdoor track and field and cross country meets at the Armory.

Personal:
Kumler is a native of Mahomet, Ill.
