2008-09: Qualified for the NCAA Championships, earning an automatic berth with his career-best third-place finish at Big Tens ... Went 1-2 at NCAAs ... Illinois' starter at 197 ... Missed Purdue and Northwestern duals because of illness ... Had 15 of 32 bouts on the season decided by three or fewer points ... Placed third at the Missouri Open.

2007-08: Ranked in the top 15 of the NWCA/Intermat poll all season ... Qualified for the NCAA Championships with a career-best fourth-place finish at the Big Ten Championships ...
