Education:
King received her bachelor's degree from Northern Arizona in 2009 and her master's from Colorado State in 2012.

Job Responsibilities:
King primarily oversees care of the volleyball team. She also helps organize the medical coverage for all DIA summer camps.

Past Experience:
Prior to joining the Illinois Sports Medicine staff in July 2020, King was the associate athletic trainer at the University of Northern Colorado. While at UNC, she worked with the women’s soccer and baseball teams in addition to her duties as a clinical preceptor for the Athletic Training Education Program. She began her career with the women’s soccer team at Appalachian State University, and followed it up as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Colorado State University.
